White Water Barrels Price $20 Barrel Weights for Tent Setup When staking isn't possible, we use heavy-duty barrels to securely anchor your tent. A nearby water source is required to fill the barrels on-site. For safety and stability: One barrel is required at each corner of the tent. Larger tents may require two additional barrels placed at the center points for extra support. Our team will ensure your tent is safely secured, no matter the surface.
Concrete Block Rental Price $40 When staking isn’t available and there’s no nearby water source for barrel weights, concrete blocks are the ideal solution to safely secure your tent. These durable blocks are perfect for hard surfaces like asphalt, pavement, or gravel. For a secure setup: One concrete block is required at each corner of the tent. Larger tents may require two additional blocks in the center for extra support. Our team takes care of the delivery and placement to ensure your tent is safe, stable, and event-ready—no matter the location.

We Like to arrive at least one day early to Professionally install your event tent, ensuring it’s secure, clean, and picture-perfect. After your event, we’ll return to break everything down efficiently and safely.
